hotel and lodging news
The Harbor View Hotel in Edgartown closed for renovations over the winter. It’s now open again with two new restaurants: Roxana Bar and Bettini helmed by chef Patrice Martineau, a veteran of Daniel Boulud’s New York restaurant empire. There’s also a new Presidential Sky House in a formerly unused space, featuring a four-bedroom, five-bathroom suite and spectacular views. And it has a dandelion chandelier. So you know it’s true luxury magic.
In other Edgartown lodging news, there’s a fourth inn joining sister properties The Christopher, The Sydney, and The Richard. The new Edgartown Inn draws inspiration from Martha’s Vineyard’s farms and gardens, and will feature a relaxed modern farmhouse style in a classic coastal Captain’s home. The Lark hotel group owns all four, in addition to Summercamp in Oak Bluffs.
