luxury calendar: how to have a brilliant november
November is a month of remembrance, with Armistice Day and Veteran’s Day being celebrated. It’s also a month of anticipation, as the holiday festivities begin and the holiday lights start to twinkle. But for many of us, November is mostly about the moments spent with family and friends at Thanksgiving.
And this year more than ever, there is much to be thankful for. In addition to obvious things like family and good health, we are thankful that there are so many wonderful events and activities taking place throughout the world that spread joy. And this month there is no shortage of them.
This November, performing arts lovers can enjoy a plethora of stage productions including seasonal favorites like The Nutcracker as well as the new stage adaptation of The Hours at the Metropolitan Opera. And in the visual arts space, the colorful work of Parisian artist Xinyi Cheng makes its US debut in NYC.
In addition to the TCS New York City Marathon sports fans will enjoy football games galore, while moviegoers will see a slew of new films including the highly anticipated Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Meanwhile music lovers will enjoy the return of holiday tunes as well as the Monte-Carlo Jazz Festival.
And for those looking to get away from it all: the St. Barth Gourmet Festival is returning, the New York City Jewelry Week is back to help you get the jump on Christmas shopping or simply book yourself a vacation at the newly opened Hôtel Dame des Arts.
No matter your interests or tastes, there’s much to enjoy and be thankful for this November.
