Consider it your luxury calendar of the can’t-miss events in fashion, art, music, sports, travel and culinary arts in this month of April.

luxury calendar: how to have a brilliant April

Thanks to T.S. Eliot, April gets a bad rap. But actually, to paraphrase Lewis Carroll’s walrus, it’s the season of many things: of flying kites and dancing nights, of conferences and kings.

luxury calendar events April 2023

Specifically, this month will see the return of two major critically acclaimed works to Scotland in Alberta Whittle: create dangerously; the star studded Summer, 1976 making its Broadway debut; the big screen adaption of the Judy Blume classic Are You There God? It’s Me Margaret; the return of Coachella; a Taste of Vail; the 87th edition of the Masters Tournament: and the opening of the Gwangju Biennale in South Korea.

So while it may bring spring showers, with a badass attitude and the right shoes, one can definitely spend the month of April in style.
